Electrical control system
Electrical control system can control the start and stop of every electromotor. It provides control signal and has the function of low voltage creepage protection. It also has the function of oil level and temperature detection, electromotor protection, showing the running state and failure message of electromotor.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system has the function of constant power, pressure cut off and load sensing. The system adopts bypass-valve technology to increase service life of components. Key components of hydraulic system are international famous brands.
Spray system
Adopting 3-ring water dust suppression containing inner and external spray so that ifs effective to cool and suppress dust.
Cutting mechanism
Cutting section constitutes by cutting head, cutting arm, cutting reducer, electromotor box and cutting electromotor. Optimal design by simulation technology is used in cutting head which shape is cone with small diameter. The pick comes from Kennan matt USA. Reasonable arrangement brings powerful tunneling ability.
First conveyor
Twin sticks follow-up rollers make the front chute and back chute connect smoothly. Hydraulic motor drive chain wheel directly to transport materials. Tightener adopt cylinder to adjust the tightness of scraper chain.
Walking mechanism
Large displacement motor and walking reducer are imported with high torque and strong grade ability . Walking mode adopts rollers-rolling to improve walking ability.
Lubrication system
Lubrication system is centralization so that regular lubrication will be convenient and reliable.
